Louis Waxman, a-96-year-old man attacked at Sunset Station , is recovering from his frightening ordeal that has left him battered and bruised.
Waxman, who turns 97-years-old next week was walking to his car in the parking garage of Sunset Station when he was viciously attacked.
He had no idea that he was being followed, but it appears that the suspect had targeted him early on.
A review of surveillance footage shows the suspect following Waxman throughout the casino and into the parking garage.
Waxman was hospitalized after the attack with numerous bruises and gashes including a bruise that appears to run along the length of his entire arm.
He is recovering from his attack at his daughter’s home in California but wants to return to his Las Vegas home in time to celebrate his upcoming birthday.
The suspected attacker can be seen in numerous frames walking behind or near the victim in various areas of the casino prior to the attack.
In some shots, he can be seen talking on a cellphone, perhaps using it as a ruse so that he did not appear threatening or suspicious.
The video captured of the attacked provides a clear shot of the suspect who was wearing a black knit hat and dark clothes.
Someone in the Las Vegas and Henderson area has to recognize this man.
