Ahmad Moosa charged with murdering infant son

LAS VEGAS — Ahmad Moosa is accused of committing an atrocious crime.

He was arrested in connection for causing the injuries that caused his 7-week-old son’s death.

Moosa’s wife had left their infant son, Damian, in Mossa’s care while she went shopping on Dec. 14.

Later that day, Damian was rushed to the hospital where he died.

Moosa’s version of events that he told police was that while changing the diaper of his infant son, the baby urinated on him.

He left the baby to change his clothes and when he returned he found the baby unresponsive.

After finding Damian unresponsive, he says he performed CPR and called for help.

Damian was found to have suffered from numerous injuries in his seven short weeks on earth.

Blood found pooled in his brain and there was evidence of bruising.

Also, the baby suffered from numerous rib fracture’s and some of the rib fractures were determined to have resulted from prior injuries, which appears to negate the contention that the infant suffered broken ribs as a result of having CPS performed on him, if indeed the father did perform it.

Fox 5 News reported that authorities also noted that the infant was not as mobile as he should have been, although both parents have said that the child acted normally.

Did Moosa become enraged because his infant son urinated on him and pummeled him to death.

Since there appears to be evidence of prior abuse was the mother involved in abusing her infant son?

How could a mother who is living with her husband and child not know that her infant child was injured?

If for any reason she was scared on her husband or what he might do to their son, why on earth would she leave to go shopping?

Child abuse is running rampant in our society.

Moosa has been charged with with first degree murder, two counts of child abuse with substantial bodily or mental har and two counts of child neglect/endangerment with substantial bodily or mental harm.

His is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 8.
