16-year-old New York prostitute nearly killed by 2 Brooklyn sickos

The 16-year-old New York prostitute nearly killed after meeting a 24-year-old married man at his Brooklyn home is fighting for her life in a Brooklyn Hospital.

The unidentified minor connected with Anwar Desouza on Backpage.com, a site that has reputation for connecting prostitutes and their clients.

She went to Desouza’s Brooklyn home, where he resides with his wife and two children, at approximately 3 am, on July 14th.

Desouza and his accomplice, Antonio Owensford, then lured the girl to the roof of the building, presumably to complete the agreed upon sex act.

Instead, she suffered a brutal sexual assault and was then callously thrown off of the roof, after she allegedly tried to back out of the deal she had made with Desouza because the men refused to wear condoms.

The 16-year-old New York prostitute plummeted three stories after she was thrown off the roof before landing in the rear courtyard . She suffered serious injuries, although her family said she can communicate by nodding her head. She is in a full body cast.

Anwar Desouza was arrested shortly afterwards and charged and charged with attempted murder, rape, criminal sexual act and strangulation. He lives in the building where the attack took place.

The second suspect, 25-year-old Antonio Owensford of Brentwood, New York was arrested late Friday and was also charged with attempted murder, rape and strangulation.

Owensford’s attorney, according to the Daily News, says his client denies any force in attack and says their encounter with the 16-year-old New York prostitute was consensual.
