
LAS VEGAS — Jonas Maxwell, who has been in trouble with the law more than once for the same type of perverted violations, has received the equivalent of a good ‘ole slap on the wrist.
Maxwell was arrested in Sept. 2012 and charged with 3 separate instances on taking upskirt photos.
Apparently he continued get in trouble and he and legal team were able to clog up the legal system since that time with numerous hearings.
He was even sentenced to house arrest in July 2013.
At his hearing on Jan. 10, Maxwell received a sweetheart of a deal and, as long as he complies with the terms of the deal, the charges against him will be dismissed.

Maxwell also had to forfeit the upskirt photos that he took.
Other conditions set by the court include that that he cannot possess any video recording equipment.
Even with that restriction, Maxwell is still allowed to have a cell phone as long as the camera lens is rendered unusable.
Maxwell is also permitted to have a laptop computer.
The one year period for the restrictions placed on Maxwell commence Jan, 10.
If he does not comply, and is caught not complying, he will be back in court and the time he spent on house arrest will not be counted.
