The bail set for Amy Person is $750,000.

Amy Pearson, also referred to as Amy Bessey is accused of being the mastermind in the plot to kill her husband, Robert Bessey.

Person apparently enlisted the assistance of her adopted son, Michael Bessey, and her brother, Richard Pearson.

After being shot, Robert Bessey was able to call police and, after undergoing surgery, he has since recovered.

Michael Bessey was arrested shortly after the shooting.

Richard Pearson had disappeared and was later apprehended.

And then the focus turned to Amy Pearson.

Her husband was in the process of obtaining a divorce from her and he apparently, had some information to share about his soon-to-be ex-wife.

Once the divorce would be final, Amy Pearson would stand to lose the substantial insurance police, that she was the beneficiary of, as well as his social security benefits.

She reportedly said that her husband was worth more “dead, than alive”.

The main reason for Robert Bessey in obtaining the divorce from his wife was because of the unnaturally close relationship she had with their son.

Turn out, there was more going on than just a parental relationship between Amy Bessey and son, Michael Bessey..

They’ve been rumored to share the same bed and it appears that they were romantically involved.

Jailhouse letters Michael sent to his mother reportedly stated that he missed “touching her”.

Other people have come forward noting the “unnatural” gestures and behavior between the two.

There have even been claims that Amy Pearson tried to have her killed before this latest murder attempt.

Before Amy Person was arrested, she reportedly begged her husband to drop the charges.

Will Michael Bessey take his attractive wife back, even after she tried to have him killed?

Will she get bailed out?

She’s due back in court on January 15.
