Harvard approves kinky sex club called Harvard College Munch. The Harvard College Munch sought approval for their group which focuses on kinky sex practices.
Harvard College Munch was one of 15 groups that sought approval such as the Harvard College Comics Club, the Harvard Undergraduate Mathematics Association, and the Harvard Undergraduate Maternal Health Initiative, however the Harvard College Munch has some very different interests from their counterparts that applied.
Their member are into kinky sex.
Take Sara, for example.
Sara, identifies herself as a sub, short for submissive in the BDSM community.
According to the Harvard Crimson, Sarah likes it when her hands are tied to the bedpost and a bar is secured between her knees, spreading them apart. During sex, her boyfriend dominates her roped body as she happily calls him “sir” and “master.” She asks her boyfriend to objectify her and call her derogatory terms.
For Sarah, whose name has been changed to protect her privacy, the pain from the ropes is not what turns her on. Sarah is kinky, which for her means enjoying losing control of the situation, and even control over her own body.
Sara is part of the group of 30 that has been meeting on campus because they share the same interests.
Their leader, Michael, decided that they should seek official approval to become a recognized group.
Being recognized means that the group would enjoy perks such as being entitled to food grants, making it easier to find a convenient time and location to meet and being viewed as a legitimate group.
Michael told the Harvard Crimson that people who have kinky sexual types of desires now have a more “comfortable space” to discuss these types of activities and that they are not alone.
Of course officials at Harvard do not necessarily agree or endorse student organizations.
According to Fox News, Harvard spokesman Jeff Neal said the University’s role in approving student groups, “ensures that independent student organizations remain in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Handbook for Students.”
What do you think of the Harvard College Munch being approved?
Would you be a proud parent if your son or daughter was a member of the group?
