Kidnapped Las Vegas teen Melissa Duran found safe after she was allegedly abducted from her home in Henderson , NV at approximately 7:30 am Friday morning.

Duran had apparently answered the door to her home, located near Warm Springs Road and Arroyo Grande Boulevard and was allegedly forcibly taken by 2 men who later contacted her family twice with ransom demands of $150,000.

Melissa Duran was new job reason for kidnapping

Melissa Duran  had worked at Hot Dog on a stick.

The UK’s Daily Mail  noted the Duran had recently found a job on Craigslist selling energy drinks and recruiting people to promote the it. Some of her friends are speculating that her disappearance may have something to do with her new line of work.

The Las Vegas Sun notes that Shanna Elhard, the Manager of Hot Dog on a Stick said that Duran had worked for about the past year at the Galleria at Sunset mall.

She went to say that Duran is one of her best employees and the 2 exchanged text messages on Thursday evening.

Ehlard notes on facebook that Duran was found at approximately 4:30 am this morning.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Metro Police served a search warrant at a home and located Duran who was is now safe.

Mariah Wilson, who has known Duran since the 6th grade tells the Las Vegas Sun that, “Everyone was freaking out and sending out text messages. Everyone was distraught and upset”

Few details have been released as to the somewhat mysterious circumstances surrounding the alleged kidnapping.

Melissa Duran kidnapping possible connection to father’s business

Henderson detectives believe that the kidnapping of Las Vegas teen Melissa Duran may somehow be connected to her fathers landscaping business, My News 3 reports. No family members attended the conference asking for privacy.

The 2 suspects arrested, Alejandro Manuel Sanchez-Sanchez, 25, and Cesar Sanchez, 30 are being held at the Henderson Detention Center.

According to online reorods, Sanchez-Sanchez is  charged with 4 counts; first degree kidnapping, extortion, conspiracy to commit kidnapping and conspiracy to commit extortion.  Caesar Sanchez is charged with conspiracy to conspiracy to commit kidnapping and conspiracy to commit extortion

Their initial court appearance is  Tuesday in Henderson Justice Court at 9am.
