One of the suspects in the Las Vegas movie theater shooting is still on the loose.
Two weeks ago on February 6th, gunfire erupted at approximately midnight at the UA Showcase Movie Theater, on Las Vegas Blvd, after some type of fight in the lobby of the movie theater.
A total of three people were shot and two of the injured individuals were said to be suffering from life-threatening injuries.
One of the injured was found in the lobby of the theater and the other injured person fell in the elevator and was found on the fifth floor.
The third person, according to police, suffered minor injuries and remained on the scene.
Police have since made an arrest of one suspect and have identified another suspect they are seeking.
The suspect arrested, Devante Jeffers, 18 was arrested that day, according to online records, and charged with 2 counts of attempted murder and one count of battery with a deadly weapon.
The movie theater shooting suspect still on the loose has been identified as Ariya Manoi. He is about 5-feet-11 and weighs about 195 pounds.
The Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) Violent Crimes Detectives conducted a preliminary investigation and their findings indicate that the victims and their assailants may have been involved in a verbal altercation with a group of people prior to the shooting and that the shooting was not a random act of violence.
It appears that the shooting resulted because of an ongoing dispute between the suspects and the two people injured.
