He kept up the chatting relationship for an extended period of time and later met the 14-year-old girl at a local IHOP.
He continued to meet with her several times in a motel parking lot and the pair had sex at least twice.
The unidentified girl brought along one of her friends on some of her visits with Nemcek.
She reportedly wanted to be his sex slave and, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal, adopted the nickname Kitty and her friend used the nickname Ghost.
Nemcek even bought the girls dog collars engraved with their nicknames.
He was arrested after police a investigation.
They used the phone that the teen had been using to set up a meeting with Nemcek.
Nemcek has reportedly said that he did not have a normal sex life and was addicted to internet porn.

In fact, the family changed the privacy settings on his profile immediately after our inquiry.
His Facebook profile contained a few photos of him with a small child in an arcade and on a beach and said that he was from Illinois.
According to online court documents, Nemcek faces two counts of statutory sex seduction, seven counts of luring a child using the internet for sex acts and one count of open and gross lewdness.
He remains in custody and his next hearing is scheduled for Jan. 14.
