It sure looks like the Obamacare implementation delay will soon be announced by the White House,
The Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, had been plagued with problems from the onset.
People all across the US are experiencing issues.
Some can’t even sign-up.
Others that have been able to sign-up can’t verify their identify through the system, let alone purchase insurance.
The embarrassment for President Obama and his administration means that an Obamacare implementation delay is very likely.
How can they not extend it when people can’t even sign up?
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has attempted to defend herself numerous times against the mounting criticism directed at her and calls for her to be fired,
She has had nearly four years preparation time and now, in light of all the criticism says it just wasn’t enough time.
She told the Wall Street Journal that the website needed five years of construction plus one year of testing.
Is she kidding?
This is not a small business.
She has had teams available at her disposal to make it happen and she failed.
Does anyone else think it’s ironic that she is being asked to oversee the cleanup of the task she was responsible for and massively bungled?
Now Sebelius says she has asked contractors to bring in the “A-Team” to troubleshoot.
Does that mean that the hundreds of millions of dollars already spent were spent on sub par teams?
The website is now expected to be operational by the end of November presumably due to the A-Team that wasn’t employed in the first place.
Instead of making feeble attempts to defend herself, many feel that she should be immediately fired or forced out of her $200,000 a year job.
