Another day, another fugitive arrested in Las Vegas. Violent Arizona fugitive Michael Hall arrested for suspicion of murder.
Michael Hall, 41 and Donella Clauschee, 28, also reported as Donella Caluschee, had been going together for approximately 7 years and had a child together.
There were reportedly domestic violence issues in the past. They had broken up and Hall moved out.
Even though there may have been problems, the young mother tried to continue on with her life, however, Hall would not let go.
She told a former supervisor at work that she was fearful of Michael Hall. She had changed her locks, changed her phone number and even reset her security system password, according to CB5AZ.com.
She filed a restraining order which was later dismissed because allegedly the couple was told to “work it out” because they had a child together.
When the restraining order was filed in 2010, Clauschee said she was receiving daily threats from Michael Hall against her life.
News accounts report that the couple recently broke up . If that is correct, then it appears they reconciled after the restraining order was filed and dismissed.
Clauschee has been described as a very private person.
On Monday, Donella Clauschee was found shot dead on the floor of her Avondale, AZ garage Monday morning.
Neighbors heard gunshots and called police.
Their 4-year-old daughter was found strapped in her car seat unharmed and the child appears to have witnessed the murder of her mother by her father.
Police immediately began searching for Michael Hall.
Buddy Morgan, Donella Clauschee’s grandfather has this message to the person that killed his granddaughter,
I would like to say to the person that did this I wish you a happy Thanksgiving wherever you’re at and I hope you die in hell.
The violent Arizona fugitive Michael Hall was arrested in the Luxor parking lot Tuesday morning. The car was located shortly after midnight and surveillance was conducted until Hall returned to the vehicle at approximately 6am.
Hall was taken into custody in Las Vegas and will be extradited to Arizona.
The family has been struggling with funeral expenses and a fund is called the Donella Clauschee Memorial Fund at Chase Bank.
