
A fight that started inside LA’s Empire Club, a nightclub in Hollywood, turned deadly when the fight moved outside. The LA nightclub murder suspect arrested in Las Vegas has been identified as Robert Earl Thomas III.
Thomas is from Los Angeles.
The incident began in the early morning hours on Sunday.
There was some type of altercation inside the club approximately 2 am that ultimately led up to the LA nightclub murder.
A witness told CBS2,
A couple girls got into a scuffle. A couple guys tried to get involved to break it up and while that was going on I guess the guys got a little heated
The club was in the process of shutting down for the evening and the parties started to make their way to the exit.
As the parties moved outside of the club, the situation escalated.
Once outside a group of girls of girls can be seen fighting with each other. Before long, more and more groups of people arrived.
Some stood back and watched the fight while others joined in. Some can be even be seen taking photos with their cell phones.
Witnesses say they heard threatening statements and then shots rang out.
A 19-year-old man, Andre Lowe, died after being shot and 2 other people, a man and a woman were injured.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries sustained during the fight. The woman was treated at the scene after a bullet ricocheted off her leg.

Thomas came to Vegas, perhaps to hide out and was arrested at a friends home in Las Vegas.
He was captured without a struggle and is being held in Las Vegas on a fugitive warrant, while awaiting extradition to Los Angeles to face murder charges.
