Las Vegas murder suspect Troy White surrenders in Arizona for murdering his estranged wife in cold blood. He also shot a 28 year old man who was at the home and is now hospitalized.

All of this happened right in front of the couples five children ranging in age from 6 months old to 9 years old. And it was the oldest child who ran from their Summerlin home, located near Buffalo and Alta Drive, to a neighbors house to summon help as his mother lay dying from her wounds. She died shortly after from her injuries.

According to Amber Gaines, Echo’s mother, the relationship between Echo and Vegas Murder suspect Troy White was not good. She said, “There was a lot of pushing and shoving. She wasn’t real happy so she asked him for a divorce”.

Then the frightening and very threatening text messages started from the 44 year old Troy White to Echo.

Gaines spoke to 13 Action News and recalled that the messages were, “Threatening, horrible, horrible messages. ‘I’m going to kill you. I’m going to kill the kids”

Troy White was extremely jealous of his estranged wife’s blossoming relationship with another man, Amber Gaines said,

“He felt that if I can’t have you, nobody else is going to have you. And he felt that this man was her lover, and if I can’t have you, this man can’t have her.”

Now the couples five children are left without a mother and essentially without a father since it is hoped that Troy White will spend the rest of his life behind bars for so callously snuffing out the life of the beautiful 29 year old and mother of of 5 who had so much to live for.

Amber Gaines summed up what she wants the future to hold for Troy White,

Life in prison is exactly what he deserves, and what he will get. And he will live with his own demons and he will stay there and hopefully die there

    I do know her… I knew them both. I’ve known her since even before she got married to Troy. She was still in the process of getting divorced from her previous husband when she was eye-balling Troy. She even had 2 OTHER kids that she lost custody of before the 5 she had now, because the state deemed her unfit. I know you are only looking at this situation from the basis of someone reading a news article… and you only know what the media tells you… There was never any beating or raping going on. It was all lies that she told about him to build her case to leave him for another man, and get child support from him because he had a good job. i never got the privilage to know Echo but i would just like to pay my respects to her as well as the family. I just pray that people that knew her, has truely got to beleive that she NEVER deserved to die the way that she did. What a tradigy and i know that she will be missed
